Japanese Fruit Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick oleo
    1 c. brown sugar
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 c. pecans
    1/2 c. coconut
    1/2 c. raisins
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix all and bake at 300\u00b0 for 40 to 50 minutes or until done. Serve with Cool Whip.
