Pineapple Meat Loaves - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beaten egg
    1/2 c. quick cooking rolled oats
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 lb. lean ground beef
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
    2 Tbsp. sweet and sour sauce or barbecue sauce
Preparation
    Mix together egg, oats, onion, green pepper and salt.
    Add beef and pineapple.
    Divide mixture into 6 equal portions.
    Shape each portion into a 4 x 2-inch loaf.
    Bake, uncovered, in a 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan for 30 to 35 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Top with sweet and sour or barbecue sauce.
