Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 chicken breasts (in chunks)
1 c. broccoli
1 c. cauliflower
1 large onion
2 carrots, thinly sliced
1/4 head cabbage
2 Tbsp. margarine
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. teriyaki sauce
1 bell pepper
Preparation

In wok, melt margarine; mix in soy and teriyaki sauce.
Stir in chicken.
Cover and cook until tender.
Take up chicken and set aside.
Put in all of the vegetables (cut in bite size pieces). Stir very well.
Cover and let cook until tender-crisp.
Serve chicken and vegetables over rice.
