Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3 Tbsp. milk
2 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. diced rhubarb
Preparation

Line pie pan with your favorite crust.
Beat eggs and add milk; mix together and stir in sugar, flour and nutmeg.
Mix well and add the rhubarb which has been diced.
Dot with butter after pouring mixture into the pie crust.
Cover with a lattice top. Bake 50 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
