Rice With Green Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. uncooked long grain rice
    1 medium onion, chopped
    2 c. frozen peas
    2 c. water
    1 carrot, peeled and shredded
    1 chicken bouillon cube
    1 tsp. salt-free herb seasoning
Preparation
    Place all ingredients in a 3-quart saucepan.
    Cover and bring to a boil.
    Reduce heat to simmer and continue to cook 15 minutes or until rice is tender.
    Serves 6.
