Meat Loaf - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. hamburger meat
    1 can Franco-American brown gravy with onions
    1 egg
    onion (optional)
    bell pepper (optional)
    approximately 1/2 c. bread crumbs
Preparation
    Crumble meat; add gravy, egg and onion.
    Add bread crumbs to meat, a little at a time, until it looks thick enough to hold together.
    Stuff peppers or slice and put on top of meat.
    Cook in preheated oven at 350\u00b0 until done (approximately 40 minutes). Time may vary with different ovens.
