Viennese Crescents - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. ground walnuts (use blender)
    1 c. butter
    3/4 c. granulated sugar
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    confectioners sugar
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine the ground walnuts, butter, granulated sugar, flour and vanilla and knead into a smooth dough in the bowl.
    Shape 1 measuring teaspoon of dough at a time into small crescents about 1 1/2-inches long.
    Bake on ungreased cookie sheets for 15 to 17 minutes or until lightly browned.
    While still warm, roll cookies in confectioners sugar.
    Roll again in confectioners sugar before serving.
