Zucchini Pizza Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. shredded zucchini
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (15 oz.) can Italian tomato sauce
Preparation

Place zucchini in strainer.
Sprinkle with salt.
Let drain for 10 minutes.
Squeeze out moisture.
Combine zucchini with eggs, Parmesan and half of the Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese. Press into greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
