Green Chili - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 roast pork or pork steak
    1 can diced green chilies
    1 can jalapeno peppers
    flour
    dash of garlic salt
    onion
Preparation
    Use nonstick pan to brown meat (no oil).
    Cut meat into small pieces with onion.
    Brown.
    Add the diced green chilies.
    Sprinkle with flour (about 2 tablespoons); stir well.
    In pot, add water (depending on amount of chili to be made).
    Add the jalapeno peppers.
    Simmer; the longer, the better.
    Great over rice.
