Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large pkg. hash potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    2 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
    2/3 c. melted butter
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients.
    Pour into baking dish, 7 1/2 x 11 3/4. Top with 2 cups corn flakes and 1/3 cup melted butter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 1/2 hours.
    Freezes well.
