Beer Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising flour
1 (12 oz.) can beer
3 Tbsp. sugar
1 stick melted butter
Preparation

Gently mix flour, sugar and beer until just blended. Pour into a 9 x 5 greased pan (leave a lumpy top). If using a metal pan, bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until fork comes out clean when inserted into center. Drizzle with butter. Cool on rack before slicing.
