Potato Pizza Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 to 4 c. sliced peeled potatoes
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can condensed Cheddar cheese soup (undiluted)
    1/2 c. milk
    2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 onion, chopped
    1 (14 oz.) jar pizza sauce
Preparation
    Cover bottom of greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish with potatoes. Pour combined soup and milk over potatoes. Cook and drain ground meat and onions; drain and pour over potatoes and soup mixture. Spread with pizza sauce. Cover dish and bake 1 1/2 hours or until potatoes are tender. Uncover; spread with cheese and bake 5 minutes, until cheese melts.
