German Style Radiatore - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. radiatore
6 slices bacon
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery seed
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. apple cider vinegar
1/4 c. water
Preparation

Cook radiatore as directed.
Drain well.
While pasta is cooking, fry bacon until crisp, drain bacon on paper towels.
Add onion to bacon fat, cook until clear.
Stir in flour, sugar, salt, celery seed and pepper.
Cook over low heat until mixture begins to boil, remove from heat.
Stir in vinegar and water.
Return to medium heat, cook, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil.
Stir one minute and remove from heat.
Add crumbled bacon, radiatore and hot dressing together.
Stir gently and serve hot. Also can add diced dill pickles if you want.
