Macaroni Hot Dish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. elbow macaroni
    1 large onion, chopped
    2 (15 oz.) cans tomato sauce
    1/2 tsp. oregano
    1/8 tsp. garlic salt
    1 lb. ground beef
    2 c. chopped celery (optional)
    1 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese
Preparation
    Prepare macaroni according to package directions; drain. In a large skillet, combine ground beef, onion and celery. Cook until ground beef is browned; drain. Add tomato sauce, seasoned salt, oregano, pepper and garlic salt. Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 10 minutes. Combine macaroni and meat sauce; mix well. Pour into greased 3-quart casserole; top with cheese. Cover; bake at 350\u00b0 until hot, 30 to 40 minutes.
