Stuffed Baked Fish - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish fillets
    1/2 c. bread crumbs
    1 egg, lightly beaten
    1/4 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. parsley
    1 tsp. chopped onion
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Combine stuffing ingredients and mix well.
    Fill center of fish fillet with stuffing and roll.
    Hold together with skewers or toothpicks.
    Bake in a greased pan.
    Brush top with melted butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Baste with drippings during baking.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
