Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen, chopped broccoli
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 c. mayo
    dash of salt and pepper
    1 stack Ritz crackers
    1/2 stick butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Parboil broccoli, then drain.
    Mix all ingredients except Ritz crackers and butter.
    Place in buttered 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Crush Ritz crackers and sprinkle on top. Dot with melted butter. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
