Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 qt. popped corn
    2 sticks butter, melted
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Stirring constantly, bring to a boil butter, brown sugar, corn syrup and salt.
    Boil 5 minutes, without stirring.
    Remove from heat; stir in baking soda and vanilla.
    Pour over corn; mix well. Spread in 2 shallow baking pans.
    Bake at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Break apart.
    Store in tightly covered container.
