Enchiladas De Queso - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 corn or flour tortillas
    4 c. mild Cheddar cheese
    2 c. sour cream
    1 c. green onions, chopped
    oil (for frying)
    red chile sauce or mild salsa
    sour cream (for garnish)
    onions (for garnish)
    1/2 tsp. cumin
Preparation
    Combine 2 cups Cheddar cheese, 2 cups sour cream, 1 cup chopped onion and cumin.
    Heat oil.
    Dip each tortilla in the oil and dip into the heated salsa.
