Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 1/2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 c. chopped celery
4 Tbsp. chopped fresh chives
4 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
4 Tbsp. sliced ripe olives
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
4 tsp. Dijon mustard
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a 1-quart bowl. Stir well.
