Glorified Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice
2 c. cold water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. oleo
1 tsp. vanilla
raisins
12 medium sized potatoes
6 Tbsp. margarine
8 oz. grated cheddar cheese
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 tsp. salt (or less)
2 beaten eggs
Preparation
-
Cook potatoes; drain and mash.
Heat margarine, cheese, milk and salt over low heat; add to mashed potatoes.
Fold in beaten eggs.
Put into greased 9 x 13 inch pan Refrigerate overnight or several hours.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 45
minutes.
