Scottish Scones - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
4 Tbsp. butter
2 eggs
1/3 c. cream or milk
1 c. raisins
Preparation

Mix flour, baking powder, sugar and salt.
Cut in butter.
Add beaten eggs, cream and raisins.
Mix and knead a little.
Roll out 1/2-inch thick.
Cut with biscuit cutter.
Bake in greased pan at 450\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
