Cranberry Pudding-Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. oleo, softened or butter
    3/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. fresh cranberries, washed, stemmed and dried
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Cream the butter and sugar until fluffy. Beat in egg. Beat in flour until blended. Stir in nuts and cranberries.
    Spread evenly in greased pie plate. Bake at 350\u00b0 (if glass plate, 325\u00b0) for 45 minutes or until firm and golden.
    Serve warm or cold with whipped cream or ice cream.
