Chicken Booyah - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 stewing chicken
2 qt. water
1 Tbsp. salt
1 1/2 c. potatoes, diced
1 1/2 c. carrots, diced
1 c. celery, diced
1 medium onion, diced
2 c. tomato juice
2 c. canned peas
Preparation

Cook chicken in 2 quarts of water and 1 tablespoon salt until chicken is tender and can easily be removed from bone.
Remove chicken from broth. Put vegetables (not peas) in broth and cook until tender.
Then add chicken meat and tomato juice and season to taste.
