Sunday Special-Potato Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 large potatoes
    16 oz. carton sour cream
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, coarsely grated
    1 c. milk
    1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    dash of pepper
    2 c. crunched potato chips
    6 slices bacon, fried crisp, drained and crumbled
Preparation
    Wash potatoes and boil until tender.
    Cool, peel and dice. Combine next 6 ingredients and mix with potatoes.
    Spoon into a 9 x 13-inch pan and bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Stir.
    Cover with crunched chips and bacon.
    Bake another 15 minutes.
    Makes at least 12 generous servings.
