Mandarin Orange Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans mandarin oranges, drained
    2 cans crushed pineapple, drained
    2 c. orange sherbet
    2 small pkg. orange Jell-O
    2 c. boiling water
Preparation
    Add boiling water to Jell-O.
    Stir until dissolved.
    Cool in refrigerator for about 10 minutes or until bowl is cool.
    Beat in orange sherbet with mixer.
    Add oranges and pineapple.
    Pour into jello mold or glass dish.
    Refrigerate until set.
    Serves 8 to 10.
