Peach Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 peaches, pitted and chopped
    1 rib celery, sliced
    3/4 c. chopped walnuts
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    salt to taste
    1 head lettuce
    1/2 c. miniature marshmallows (optional)
Preparation
    In medium bowl, combine chopped peaches, sliced celery, walnuts, mayonnaise, lemon juice and salt to taste.
    Toss until well combined.
    Cover and chill 1 hour.
    Separate lettuce leaves; rinse in cold water.
    Dry on paper towels or in salad spinner.
