Seven Layer Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/4 to 1/2 head lettuce, shredded
2 c. diced green pepper
2 c. diced onions
2 c. diced celery
1 pkg. frozen peas, cooked and drained
1 pt. mayonnaise mixed with 2 to 3 Tbsp. sugar
6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
8 slices bacon, crumbled or bacon bits equal to the amount of bacon
Preparation

Put together in layers in order.
Salad should set in refrigerator 18 to 24 hours before serving.
