Extra-Cheesy Lasagna - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    2 medium onions, chopped
    2 medium green peppers, chopped
    32 oz. tomato sauce
    2 tsp. Italian seasoning
    1 tsp. crushed fennel seed
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. lasagna noodles
    1 (12 oz.) carton small curd cottage cheese
    1 (8 oz.) carton sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    4 c. (16 oz.) shredded Mozzarella
    4 c. (16 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine beef, onion and green pepper in a large skillet.
    Cook until meat is browned, stirring to crumble meat. Drain off drippings. Add next 6 ingredients. Simmer, uncovered, for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
