Mexican Fruitcake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple with juice
    8 oz. cream cheese (soft)
    1/2 c. oleo (soft)
    1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Mix the first 8 ingredients until well mixed.
    Do no use mixer.
    Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake 35 to 45 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Cool completely.
