Cheese Souffl - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. milk
1/4 c. cooked rice
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. onion flakes
1 Tbsp. butter
1 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese, grated
4 eggs, separated
Preparation

Bring milk to a boil; stir in rice, stirring constantly.
Add next 8 ingredients; stir well.
Set aside.
Beat egg whites until fluffy; set aside.
Add egg yolks to cheese mixture; beat until well mixed.
Fold in egg whites.
Turn into prepared souffl dish sprayed with cooking spray.
Bake in preheated 425\u00b0 oven for about 30 minutes.
Serve immediately.
