Chicken Manicotti - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans white meat chicken
1 box manicotti shells
2 medium size onions
6 toes garlic
2 stalks celery
1 lb. shredded Mozzarella cheese
1 large jar Ragu (traditional or mushroom)
3 eggs
Preparation

Fry onions, garlic and celery until soft and brown. Add chicken and cook until water runs out. Add eggs (scrambled up). Boil and strain manicotti. Stuff shells and place in casserole. Cover with Ragu and add shredded Mozzarella cheese. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
