Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 round steak
1/4 c. oil
1 tsp. ginger
1 tsp. garlic
1 onion
1 large green pepper
1 can mushrooms, drained
1 can water chestnuts
Preparation

Cut round steak into thin pieces.
Put oil, ginger and garlic into electric skillet or wok.
Brown a little at a time.
Drain meat well.
Slice onion and pepper.
Add to grease and saute.
Add cooked meat and toss slightly.
Add mushrooms and water chestnuts.
