Artichoke Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. light sour cream
    1/2 c. light cream cheese
    1/4 c. creamy spread mustard
    1 (9 oz.) pkg. frozen artichoke hearts, thawed and chopped
    1/2 c. finely chopped red and green bell pepper
    1 tsp. chili powder
    2 Tbsp. sliced green onions
Preparation
    To Microwave:
    In 1-quart microwavable bowl, combine sour cream, cream cheese and mustard.
    Stir in artichokes, pepper and chili powder.
    Cover with wax paper.
    Microwave on High for 5 minutes or until hot, stirring halfway through.
    Garnish with green onions.
    Serve with vegetables, crackers, tortillas or potato chips.
