Mel'S Hot Pineapple Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 large cans pineapple chunks, drained
6 Tbsp. pineapple juice
6 Tbsp. flour
1 c. sugar
2 c. grated cheese
3 c. crushed Ritz crackers
2 sticks butter, melted
Preparation

Mix together first 5 ingredients and put in Pyrex dish.
Mix crackers and butter together and pour on top.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
Serve with baked ham.
