Fresh Pear Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. salt
    3 c. flour (all-purpose)*
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. oil
    juice of 1/2 lemon
    1 1/4 tsp. soda
    3 c. fresh pears, sliced thin (about 4 pears)
    1 1/2 c. pecans (optional)
Preparation
    Mix sugar, oil, vanilla, eggs, salt and lemon juice.
    Beat well.
    Sift flour and soda, gradually adding to first mixture.
    Add pears and pecans; blend.
    Bake in greased and floured Bundt pan for 1 1/2 hours at 325\u00b0 or 12 muffins and 1 loaf pan (2 mini loaf pans).
