Chesapeake Bay Crab Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. crab meat
1 tsp. Old Bay seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. Worcestershire
1 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. baking powder
1 beaten egg
2 slices bread, crumbled and crust removed
3 Tbsp. milk
Preparation

Break bread and moisten with milk.
Add all other ingredients. Make into cakes.
Fry quickly until browned.
