Tamale Ring - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. canned corn
    1 c. yellow corn meal
    1 small onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. melted fat
    1 tsp. salt
    1 can tomato sauce
    2 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. white pepper
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in the order given.
    Pour into a well-greased ring mold (8 inches in diameter and 2 inches deep).
    Set in pan of hot water; bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    When baked, unmold on platter; decorate with watercress.
    Fill center with creamed chicken; sprinkle with fine chopped parsley.
