Confetti Waldorf Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large or 2 small pkg. lemon jello
    2 c. boiling water
    1 c. cold water
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 red apple, diced
    1/2 c. diced celery
    1/4 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in boiling water; stir for 3 minutes.
    Stir in cold water and lemon juice.
    Refrigerate about 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Stir in mayonnaise with wire whisk.
    Stir in apple, celery and nuts.
    Pour into mold.
    Let set for at least 4 hours.
    Serves 10 nicely.
