Fried Green Tomatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 medium size firm green tomatoes
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/3 c. margarine
Preparation

Wash tomatoes and slice into 3/4-inch slices.
Mix flour, salt and pepper.
Dip tomato slices into flour mixture.
Heat margarine in a 10-inch skillet until melted.
Add tomato slices; cook, turning once, until golden brown.
