Cinnamon Applesauce Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange jello (can use sugar-free)
    1 3/4 c. boiling water
    3/4 c. cold water
    1 c. applesauce
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream (can use nonfat)
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Dissolve 1 package jello in 1 cup boiling water; stir in cold water.
    Pour into a 6-cup mold.
    Chill until set, but not firm.
