Broccoli Cheese Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    1 c. cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese, divided
    1/4 c. milk
    1/4 c. mayonnaise
    2 eggs, beaten
    dash of paprika and red pepper
Preparation
    Cook broccoli as directed on package.
    Drain and spoon into lightly greased 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish; set aside.
    Combine undiluted soup, 1/2 cup cheese, milk, mayonnaise, eggs and red pepper.
    Spoon soup mixture evenly over broccoli.
    Sprinkle remaining 1/2 cup cheese and paprika on top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yields 6 to 8 servings.
