Baked Fudge - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. butter
    1 c. pecans, broken in large pieces
    4 heaping Tbsp. cocoa
    4 rounded Tbsp. flour
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat eggs well; add sugar and butter and beat well again. Sift cocoa and flour together. Add pecans. Fold into sugar, butter and egg mixture. Add vanilla. Pour in 9 x 12 x 3-inch dish or pan. Set pan in a pan of hot water (enough to come 1/2 to 1-inch up on sides of pan). Bake in 325\u00b0 oven for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Fudge will have the consistency of firm custard and will be crusty on top. Serve warm with a dollop of whipped cream or ice cream.
