Tea Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. shortening
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    2 3/4 c. sifted flour
    2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. soda
Preparation
    Cream the shortening, sugar and eggs.
    Sift dry ingredients together and add to creamed mixture.
    Roll into balls the size of walnuts.
    Place about 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 350\u00b0 until light brown.
