Mexican Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 clove minced garlic
    2 c. sliced onions
    2 c. green pepper rings
    2 c. cooked brown rice
    3/4 tsp. toasted sesame seed
    1/2 tsp. paprika
    2 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. SPICY CHEESE
Preparation
    Saute garlic, onions and green peppers in 3 tablespoons water. Add
