Ham 'N' Cheese Pinwheels - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) cream cheese
    1 Tbsp. prepared horseradish
    1 Tbsp. chopped chives
    10 slices (about 1/2 lb.) thinly sliced ham, summer sausage or pepper loaf
    10 slices pasteurized cheese
Preparation
    Beat softened cream cheese, horseradish and chives.
    Spread each meat slice with about 1 tablespoon cheese mixture.
    Top with cheese slice and spread with another tablespoon cheese mixture. Roll-up.
    Chill.
    Slice each roll into 5 pieces.
    Serve with toothpicks in each slice.
    These can be frozen for use later.
