Chicken Pot Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 chicken, boiled, deboned and cut up
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 can mixed vegetables
    4 to 5 boiled eggs, chopped
    3 c. chicken broth
    2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. milk
Preparation
    Mix soups and vegetables.
    Melt 2 sticks of butter and mix with this and remaining ingredients (except chicken).
    Place chicken in baking dish and pour mixture over chicken.
    Bake in 450\u00b0 oven for 35 to 40 minutes.
