Chocolate Meringue Drops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 large egg whites
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
    1/2 c. chocolate chips
Preparation
    Heat oven to 250\u00b0.
    Line 2 cookie sheets with foil.
    With electric mixer beat egg whites until stiff peaks.
    Add sugar, 1 tablespoon at a time; add vanilla.
    On low speed beat in cocoa; fold in chocolate chips.
    Drop by rounded teaspoon onto baking sheets.
    Bake 1 hour; shut oven off.
    Let stand in oven 2 hours. Makes 40 cookies; 23 calories, 19 fat, 0 cholesterol.
