Tomato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. can tomatoes
    1 small onion, finely chopped
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/8 tsp. pepper
    4 slices lightly buttered toast, cubed or 3/4 c. cheese croutons
    1/4 c. melted margarine (not really needed)
    1/8 c. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Layer tomatoes, toast cubes and onions in greased casserole using 3/4 of the toast cubes.
    Sprinkle the seasonings on the tomato layer.
    Arrange remaining toast cubes over top.
    Pour over all 1/4 cup margarine, melted.
    Sprinkle cheese over top.
    Bake at 375\u00b0
    for 20 to 30 minutes.
