Stir-Fry Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1/2 red pepper
    1/2 green pepper
    1 small onion
    1 tsp. lemon juice
    3 Tbsp. Wesson oil
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 bag rice, cooked
Preparation
    Slice vegetables.
    Cut chicken up.
    Heat oil in pan.
    Cook chicken until done.
    Pour lemon juice over chicken; remove when tender.
    Add vegetables.
    Add soy sauce and cook 2 more minutes. Serve over rice.
