German Style Potato Salad Toss - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 slices bacon
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 c. sliced potatoes, drained (16 oz.)
1/2 c. Italian dressing
Preparation

In large skillet, cook bacon until crisp.
Remove and crumble. Into 1 tablespoon drippings add onion and cook until tender.
Add potatoes, bacon and Italian dressing.
Toss lightly until coated and heated through.
Serves 8.
